Anhui Yike Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in Guangde, a picturesque city of Anhui Province, three hours’ drive from Port of Shanghai and four hours’ drive from Port of Ningbo, and covers an area of 62,082m2.To avoid internal logistics waste arising from repeated process routes, the overall process route from raw materials to finished products is designed to be U-shaped.

Yike owns on one hand cutting, hardware processing, coating and packaging techniques, and on the other plate processing techniques in a separate workshop. This enables Yike not only to complete independently all production stages ranging from raw materials to finished products but also to acquire the advantage of developing steel-wood products.To enhance automation and digitalization, AVGs are utilized for the in-plant transportation and 3D warehouses are employed for the storage of finished products.

While expanding its business, Yike actively reduces greenhouse gas (GHS) emissions. It endeavors to reduce carbon emissions by fifty percent by YF30 together with IKEA.
